All I can say is that those areas of Los Santos are far more welcoming and enjoyable than their real life counterparts haha. Developers went nice on them. Venice Beach, in my best words, is a very lively mixture of urbanites, homeless people sleeping in dirt, and people doing questionable things on drugs.
