Finding it hard to get into Farcry Primal. I’ve played all of the Farcry games from 1 - New dawn even including instincts on OG Xbox but I’m finding it difficult to get invested in Primal. Well, 2 is grindy as hell but the original Far Cry is probably one of the best shooters of all time. It's not open world the areas are huge and allow for a large number of approaches to most fights. Later in the game it becomes a more linear tunnel shooter but the first half to 3/4s or so are amazing. Beautiful graphics, huge draw distances.
1-3-4-Primal are FAR superior to 5-6. Far Cry 5-6 pretty much ruined the series. I agree with you on this. Playing Primal again after around a 7 year break and having a ball, I had forgotten so much about the game it was like starting a brand new one.
synth22. • 8 yr. ago. I feel like the Far Cry games difficulty cap is getting easier overall. Look at 1, for any who have played. That games was insanely difficult. Then 2 with the Malaria? Pretty tough. 3 and 4 were a good challenge, but not so much as the formers. Now Primal, which seems like a bit of a push over.
